GHK-Cu

Description

GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding peptide complex formed from the tripeptide GHK and copper. It has become an extensively studied compound in research involving extracellular-matrix biology and cellular signaling.

Experimental research has investigated GHK-Cu in connection with collagen and elastin production, fibroblast activity, tissue remodeling, inflammatory signaling, oxidative stress, and wound-healing processes. Its ability to interact with copper makes it particularly interesting in studies examining copper-dependent biological pathways and matrix-associated processes.

GHK-Cu is also frequently incorporated into research investigating skin biology and age-associated changes in connective tissue.
