Description
Kisspeptin refers to a family of peptides encoded by the KISS1 gene that play an important role in reproductive neuroendocrinology. Kisspeptin signaling is closely associated with regulation of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), which in turn influences downstream reproductive hormone secretion.
Because of this central position within the reproductive endocrine axis, kisspeptin has become an important research tool for investigating puberty, fertility, gonadal function, reproductive hormone regulation, and hypothalamic signaling.
Experimental research has examined kisspeptin in both male and female reproductive systems and across different physiological states.
Our product contains 10 mg of lyophilized kisspeptin in a 3 mL vial with acidified bacteriostatic water specified as the diluent.
